Taltz® (ixekizumab) is a prescription medication that is FDA-approved to treat moderate and severe plaque psoriasis in patients 6 years and older as well as psoriatic arthritis in adults.

In clinical trials, 89% saw a significant improvement of their psoriasis plaques at 12 weeks. 50% even achieved completely clear skin. For adults with plaque psoriasis, the initial dose is given at week 0 and at weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12, and then after every 4 weeks.
