Opzelura® (ruxolitinib)

Opzelura® (ruxolitinib) is the first and only FDA-approved vitiligo prescription medication that helps to repigment skin. This topical JAK inhibitor is also FDA-approved to treat mild to moderate eczema. It is not a steroid, pill, or injection. For patients with eczema, this treatment can help clear skin and significantly reduce itch.

Opzelura® can be used in patients 12 years or older with vitiligo or mild to moderate eczema, who haven't had success in managing their symptoms using other topical prescription medications.
