As our patient population grows we’re expanding our clinical operations department to help coordinate care across the specialty healthcare journey. The Patient Care Advocate plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience, whether that’s scheduling a patient’s first visit or helping them accomplish their treatment goals. In this patient-focused role, you will serve as a liaison between patients and other members of the patient’s care team, addressing patient concerns, coordinating appointments, and providing support throughout their healthcare journey. You’ll work directly with patients and their families, insurance representatives, pharmacies, laboratories, and physicians to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
